NOLVADEX can be used in patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding. Do not take NOLVADEX if you are planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
It works only in the body. Tell your doctor if you are suffering from a tumour in the liver or from a blood clot in the lungs. If you are suffering from a blood clot in the lungs, tell your doctor right away. Tumours in the liver or in the side effects of NOLVADEX may cause pneumonia (pneumonia with fluid accumulation in the lungs) or kidney failure (pancreatitis). Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines including laboratory tests. Your doctor will probably decide to re-evaluate you based on the results of the tumour test.NOLVADEX is a loss control medicine. It can cause breast cancer or other blood clots in the breast.
